I can't keep up with the changing vocabulary of the English language. Last time I heard, the word 'cool' was an amalgamation of hip, trendy, modern, fashionable, stylish, aspiring and something of envy.

This clearly no longer applies if it's being used in the same sentence as Phnom Penh. Can someone update me?
