Early Evening Household Burglary in Kampot

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Kampot, Cambodia News: On the evening of 21 November 2019, thieves broke into a Kampot house between 6pm and 10:30pm. The victim reports that the gate padlock was untouched but the lock to the front door was picked, and items such as a Macbook Pro, tablets, a Canon camera, and electronic goods were stolen.

So, take precautions everyone, if you have padlocks to the outside doors to your house, then use them. Door locks are easy enough for thieves to force.
This is also a reminder that if you find items like these for sale at cheap knock-off prices, they may well have been stolen.
