The article in the link explains:
Video footage, presumably taken by one of the customers on a mobile phone, follows the girls around the lively bar as they pose in their revealing aprons.

Pictures of the trio sparked outrage from conservative locals, leading to police descending on the Paikanyai bar before summoning the workers to the police station yesterday.

The girls and the owner were each fined 2,000 baht (£50) for public indecency.

10,000 Baht in fines and 100,000 baht in publicity. They may have fake boobs but the owner is no fool

Don't laugh - before we die this is going to be a major problem.

There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today, than on Alzheimer's research.
Sociologists are predicting that by 2030, there will be a large elderly population walking around with perky boobs, huge erections, and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

'Sounds like recipe for a seriously dangerous situation.
(for some of us, anyway)
