Re: Sam Rainsy blocked boarding plane in Paris
THAI Airways not allowing Sam Rainsy on its route from Paris to Bangkok on Thursday is being used as an excuse to keep his standing among fellow coup plotters and his uninformed supporters as flights to non-Asean countries are available, an analyst said on Friday.
Rainsy, the "acting president" of the Supreme Court-dissolved Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), did not board Flight TG931 from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi on Thursday evening as he claimed he would.
He told reporters as he left Charles de Gaulle that he was “extremely shocked because the people need me in Cambodia. I will never give up”.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

I bet @fax could zoom in on that luggage tag and see an ant walking on it.
Re: Sam Rainsy blocked boarding plane in Paris
Good point, that would be around 5:30-6PM in France
But the photo in the 2F boarding hall at the beginning of the video, and the second photo boarding the plane at 8:05 PM, were definitely shot a bit later.
Still doesn't make much sense to me as apart from a connection in Amsterdam for a KLM flight, AF flies direct to Asia mostly from 2E. And given how carefully planned the first attempt was, I'm a bit skeptical as to his capacity to pull an elaborate scheme and cover his tracks...

Re: Sam Rainsy blocked boarding plane in Paris
lol
one thing is certain, as you say
more BS ahead!
I'll stick with my guess of AF256 to SIN, on a B777-300
I think he shot the video on the way to 2E
any other bets?

Re: Sam Rainsy blocked boarding plane in Paris
That would be the most logical option except there is no need to go through 2F to get to 2E
A while ago I remember the check-in of the AF flight to Bangkok was in 2F, then one had to walk to 2E, but that's no longer the case. And even then, there was no point entering the 2F boarding hall (which is definitely where the video was shot), you just had to walk the corridor passing by this hall.
The check-in for Singapore flight is directly in 2E anyway
So it's a bit puzzling

Re: Sam Rainsy blocked boarding plane in Paris
Yeah... I swear even @jah steu has provided more benefits and economic opportunities to Cambodians than this charlatan.
And the same for most posters here...
