I went by the "Num Cake" today and it was shuttered with a photocopied sign that I couldn't read that looked like the usual "to let" or whatever.

There is a discussion going on between the 2 parties on social media about $$$. I cant quite figure out with google translate what it all means. I'm guessing either the former manager claimed to be the owner has borrowed against the business or sold it?? Miss Lumi is saying she doesn't have the money...to pay staff? Anyhow, Miss Lumi has been busy lately travelling to Thailand and Vietnam and maybe not keeping an eye on the business...
