helping the forum

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Click on the adverts. It's not exactly rocket science but every little helps.

OK. At what point will you guys approach Google Ads? Or are they so big that it's "Don't call us, we'll call you!"? Just wondering.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.

why would u click on an ad if ur not interested ? it only means the owner has to pay for that click and i would guess that 90% of people on here know the advertiser an what he offers.

would be different if it was google adwords and the site got paid

Not sure how much that helps really. I am sure the ads are not pay per click and I doubt the admins/advertisers have any idea how many clicks they are getting.

A better way to help the forum would probably be to contribute meaningful posts...and tell your friends to come here. :beer3:

Thanks guys, for the support!

Actually, we have given all of the ads on our site away for free so far!

They are all cool business that we support, so threw the offer out there!

I don't think our ads will stay free forever, but they are for now!

Also, every ad on this site is linked to a member's account, and when they log in they go to "my advertisement" and it shows them exactly how many views and how many clicks their ads have received. The more the merrier!

And definitely! The biggest help anyone could offer right now is to tell their friends about us and hopefully they sign up!

We've only been around for about 3 weeks! We've gotten a lot of people to sign up already, but we need more more more! :good:

Maybe at this time , this may change and new roles appear in the future, but for now, continuing to use the site in it nice new 'Happy People' way and regularly acknowledging the hard work that, has gone and continues to go on, behind the scenes to build and grow CEO, by those guys behind the scenes.

Of course some of you will not be content until you have contributed in some way to the overall peace and well-being of things. This is of course very nice to hear and to be applauded. In an effort to support this the CEO Consulate in Wigan, are reminding folk that 100% every 'Karma' point you donate, via this profile, is used to make the people of this small Northern, England town smile.

At the moment, here in Wigan, it is 07:58, pissing down, cold and later, when the pubs open, a pint will be £3.80 ($6.40) a pint. Please give what you can. With your help we can give a small child in Wigan an umbrella !

:please:

Alas, I have no idea how to upload a picture. We only got electricity in Wigan last year and that is from a donkey powered power station. When it goes to sleep, it is lights out for everyone here.

Earlier this year there was a major power cut. Sabotage was suspected, when they found traces of Horlicks in the donkey
