Yeah a $10 flophouse for AC rooms. Nice family ran it and the food was ok. Never any stealing and the owners would take a lot of trouble to help you with errands.

I did a quick recon there, early afternoon time frame.

It's a nice breezy open space floor plan that would lend itself well to a Walkabout Mk.2 business plan. But I guess that depends entirely on what the owners want to allow.

At the time I was there...not a girl to be seen, apart from the pleasant cashier and one lone Khmer dude staring at me whilst I drained my 7&7.

Might give it another look-see tonight and see what the darkness brings out.

Just had a drink and a pizza with two other friends. Around 8pm Friday night.
The staff are nice, apologized for the late food, and that’s it. It was my first visit, I liked the place and the seating, nice music too, and will certainly come back for a drink.
But no ladies to be seen.

Walkabout was known to be full of freelancers anytime of the day (and night). I enjoyed my now two visits at Alice but the only thing exciting was the traffic on street 19. Maybe next time.
