Elsewhere on the Internet today

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Elsewhere on the Internet today

Post by StroppyChops »

Mods, delete this immediately if posting threads from other sites is uncool (although I'd argue that if it's publicly posted, it's public domain, and posting this will get me permabanned 'over there' so let's make it worth it). This is too good to pass up to auto-deletion.

I believe the filters are fighting me, but I'll leave it to your imagination as to who the first quote came from.

Normally a comment like that would get someone banned, but if they banned Vladimir now there would be no posts on K440 at all anymore.

I think Vlad is a fine example of forum co-existence. 'They slate him here, they slate him there, that damnd elusive Vlad A Mir'

Agreed. That is hilarious.

After 20,000 posts or whatever your bound to get some gold me thinks.

This is not the first time you've referenced a forum being run into the ground vlad. Would you care to elaborate?
Someone needs to clue in poor hapless Scobienz about the sad state of his new position on a dying forum run by a petty tyrant. Vladimir is one of the few people left posting over there, and Scoobie still can't resist stirring the shit. If they lose Vladimir they lose 50% of their new posts.
