Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia Breaking News: On October 20, 2019, a jetski collided with an old man fishing on the Serey Sophorn River in Serey Sophorn City, Banteay Meanchey province.

The victim was identified as Lang Savin, a 52-year-old retired military man living locally. At 1 pm on October 21, 2019, the authorities found the body.

The jet-skier is being held in custody.

Few people are bigger dicks than jet-skiers. I used to jet-ski but I stayed well off-shore and I hate the pretentious fcukers that think barrelling along close to people.
