    I thought the best way to receive money in Cambodia was to be dollar-showered in a bank's vip room while massaged, smoking a fat join of local finest.

    The best I ever saw was the Pakistan version of Western Union - all unofficial.

    My mate went to an agent in the UK - handed his cash - told him the name of the person in Pakistan and the phone number and that was that...

    Dunno whether it works here - guess the Chams have something similar.
