Chinese Man and Two Beautiful Women Hit a Road Divider

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On October 13, 2019, at 4 am, a Chinese man drove into a road divider on Monivong road, Sangkat Beung Rang, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh. Two beautiful women were passengers in the vehicle, and one of them was slightly injured in the accident.

The car was driving fast on Preah Monivong road until the Prasat Pich traffic light, where it smashed into a road divider. One of the women passengers was sent to the hospital for treatment.

After the incident, the police checked the accident at the scene, and they took the damaged car to keep at the police station.

I can sort of see how the China man was distracted and didn't see that big chunk of concrete in the middle of the road.

Makes me wonder why those road dividers dont finish work at 5 pm and go home for a sleep like all the other traffic enforcement controller.

I think he was distracted as she shape shifted, she has one hell of a long middle finger. !!!

They obviously work overtime on weekends, and Saturday night is peak hour.

How long before that car is back on the road and operated as a long distance taxi by a methed-up driver?
