LOL
I don't think the kids are listening to us, boyos.
We can rant rave denigrate fulminate and deny their future hopes for a better future are trashed** all we want.
We have zero cred it their eyes.
( ** PS, first generation ever to feel like this. Hmm..)
Foolish naive malcontents - they believe the scientists.
They see what is happening to the oceans. The count the species, backwards.
Maybe they don't even believe in endless exponential curves of meaningless consumption on a finite planet.
"Back to school"!!

no need for ad hominem attacks Ira, climate change deniers, flat earth believers and tRumpists all know what people think of them, they cry out for attention, any attention will do
Re: Greta Thunberg's climate change speech
So... once again.. you haven’t addressed the facts of child labour in the production of the electric car batteries.
Oh and while you are defending child labour in the production of electric cars let’s not forget the environmental disasters that surrounds these mining operations.
If possible, when you do debunk the meme, try not to invoke “orange man bad” in your reply.....I’ll wait.

Re: Greta Thunberg's climate change speech
I haven't addressed the fact the red baseball caps that are now a universal sign of hatred are made in China either. Of course, child labour is repulsive be it for the manufacturing of electric batteries or Ivanka Trump's private label shoes. I am not defending child labour my friend, but I am also not turning a blind eye to the fact the greatest economy in the history of mankind has a Coal lobbyist to head the EPA. Greta doesn t have the power of the"orange man bad" as you like to call him and the "orange man bad" cares only about 1 thing, filling his and his 1% friend's pockets. And millions of working-class stooges are more than willing to forsake their grandchildren's future to enable this theft.IraHayes wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 9:17 am So... once again.. you haven’t addressed the facts of child labour in the production of the electric car batteries.
