How much do fan rooms near the river and night areas of Phnom Penh go for?

At the moment I pay 5,000 thb/month which is $150 for a fan room in Pattaya.

Are Phnom Penh rentals generally a worse value like in the Philippines? I hope I can still get a mid sized or above fan room for $200-$250 or so, a couple streets away from the nightlift areas. I'm bringing my own portable AC over.
