Why would they?
They get away with 98% of this stuff
The Khmers have been dispossessed before Baby Bum Faces's very eyes
Cambodia's sovereignty has been sold down the river
It's reputation trashed.
Who's side is he he on?
When is he gonna prove it?
Yeah... I honestly agree bro.. sold out, reputation trashed - total invasion in anything but name..
Every single person in the army, police, business, market ladies agree with you bro - we both know it and hear it every day.
We don't really have anyone else..
People were rescued today though - so he deserves a point at least.
His timber baron crackdown got a few big names.
The latest shootings in PP and SHK - the perps are in the clink.
The Big Man is trying his best within the tidal wave of corruption.
These problems will be weeded out - I have faith in Cambodia

Yeah well, i was being a bit grumpy. I thought it best to be more polite and deleted that slightly rude reference to his youthful appearance.
Personally, even with the few top brass i know and like, i have been pretty harsh on our leaders.
But i am not a black/white kinda guy and i understand some of their challenges.
I know there are some very fine people at the top (believe it or not)
And, i do firmly believe that serious reform is about to be implemented.
At last.

Casino money lenders are out in the open in most of the casinos. Big bag full of money and a group of runners hanging around.
Wonder what the interest rate is?
We have an idea from this story what happens if you can't pay back.
The Wild West has nothing on Sihanoukville!!!

The news of Chinese arrests in Sihanoukville is now making the international casino news.
Cambodia: Police Arrest Six Chinese Nationals Over Casino-Related Kidnapping Charges

Loan sharks have been active in the region, including in countries like the Philippines and Cambodia. Casino and gambling-related debts and crime has been on the rise.
On Sunday, the Preah Sihanouk provincial military police arrested six Chinese nationals. Those arrested have been charged for kidnapping and confining 10 of their countrymen over casino debt.
Commenting on the arrests, Brigadier General Heng Bunty, commander of the provincial military police, confirmed that the six accused were loan sharks who were working for a casino in Cambodia’s gambling hub of Sihanoukville.
“They were arrested on Sunday after provincial military police forces raided their rented villa in Sihanoukville,” Brig Gen Bunty said.
“After they were arrested, military police rescued ten Chinese men,” he added. “Handcuffs, torches, six phones, and other materials were seized.”
The victims have been returned to their families.

However, the photo in the above article does not resemble the seven Chinese suspects from the OP. And, who is the seventh Chinese man, who appears in the OP photo, but was not arrested ? Is there one of these gentlemen that does not look like a loan shark thug ? (In other words, can you pick the one who does not belong in this line-up ?)

He'd be from the Village People (sangkat3, Sihanoukville).Anthony's Weiner wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 6:58 pm my vote goes to the guy in the white construction helmet
I don't know, but it doesn't seem like the same bunch of Chinese in the two photos. Lol, it's not that they all look alike, because they don't, but there are so many arrests these days for Chinese loanshark kidnappings that it's hard to keep track.
