I thank the mods for temporarily indulging me in "unlocking" Pandora's box. It is now reverting to the original. All the cards are on the table. my Perhaps this thread, having seen it's purpose achieved, should be closed too.

The Cambodia expat forums seem to have more whinging compared to other forums I visit (sports, gambling, US Visa forums). Not sure if it's an expat thing or if those other forums are an anomaly.
