Finally there's a competent department, coming up with correct and exact numbers within 48 hours of the event. Finally a department not satisfied with the number 'about 1.4 million people', no, the EXACT amount of people. Respect!CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2019 2:59 am “A total of 1,437,988 tourists travelled across the Kingdom during the three-day holiday of Pchum Ben from 27-29 September, an increase of 37 percent compared to same period last year. Although I can't rule out the fact they missed one or two people in the Siem Reap road rage.

It's amazing how despite the continual education about helmets saving lives you see loads driving no helmets while chatting on their phones.
Foreigners are no exception either..
I see young girls driving fast - no helmets - on their 'zoomer' bikes, overtaking me and then cutting in and braking no warning and for no reason except to be 30cm in front.
They don't want to spoil their 'hair' apparently.
When they stop their sheer arrogance and lack of respect for the laws of nature and scientific proof we may see an improvement.
But what can you expect from a people who think small people live in spirit houses outside their house and hanging up rags on fences will stop dengue in the village.
And of course - the monk blessed motos resplendent with red ribbon and ribbon on their wrists are sure to stop any accident.

Another problem is that the law isn't fully enforced. As you know, you can drive through a red light where there'll be a few cops sat on the corner and they won't even get on their bike to chase you down to give you a fine or whatever for blazing through a red light with no helmet etc. With no real repercussions, no one gives a fuck. That's why all these shitcunts will drive down the wrong side of the road when there's a traffic jam, blocking up everything even more, because the cops won't hand out fines to them for driving like fuckwits.
