Good news.
Siem Reap: On the afternoon of September 24, 2019, officials from the Siem Reap Provincial Police Commissariat visited and encouraged and presented a small budget to assist the Lieutenant Colonel Hout Mony Pisak in his recovery. He is now being treated as a hospital out-patient and is living at his home.
