Hardly likely the Chinese will give them anything after spending loads of dough and chartering a plane.

At the least they will get a negative credit score on the Chicom mass surveillance database which is pretty much effective house arrest - and can't travel, buy or sell - think 'mark of the beast'

Prison means they will be tissue typed.

For a capital offense - it's as FLB says - look up 'Chinese Mobile Execution Vans' or watch the BBC documentary expose.

I guess they come here as they think Cambodia doesn't have the internet surveillance capabilities to catch them at it and/or they can buy their way out of it.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

There was a piece published recently otn a Chinese state approved outlet named Phoenix Weekly. It was in Mandarin and I read a translation. It was entitled Confessions of a Spinach Dog. Basically it stated that the SDs were selected by a Chinese trafficker and tricked into coming to Cambodia. Once here, their passports were taken away and they were trained up for the job of creating a fake online personality and then befriending and ultimately stealing from fellow Chinese. This was done by fake gaming, there was no casino involved. The Chinese bosses had armed guards at the door and the SDs were closely monitored. They claimed to hate what they were doing but they had no choice once they got here. They did earn good money however and the bosses earned fortunes because each time " a pig was killed" 1 million+ Yuan was typically made. There were many sad stores of Chinese being financially ruined by this nefarous industry.

Googled that and it was an interesting read. Like a more extreme version of the boiler rooms in Thailand 10-20 years ago.

Yes the scam l read was to get the 'target' to deposit funds into a false casino a/c. Once the deposit was made they closed the a/c.

They also blackmail girls after pretending to be an online boyfriend. They ask the girl to send a nude photo. They then demand money not to spread image on net.

They are criminals. No excuse that they were made to do the con tricks. They are in it for the money. They don't care it hurts their fellow countrymen.

Send them packing and then round up another plane load. Seems like this lot just the tip of iceberg.
