Sihanoukville Garbage Truck Smashes Up House

Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On September 22, 2019, at 12:40 pm, a Sihanoukville garbage truck smashed into a motorbike and some houses, near Total warehouse, Sihanoukville.

The crash was caused because the truck had faulty brakes . Surprisingly, nobody was injured.

This is where some regular controls on heavy vehicles would come in handy. Many of these truck accidents are caused by brake failure, and Sihanoukville has a lot of faulty trucks and a lot of hills.

Also in the west when you have brake failure on a truck they fail to the on possition,do they set them up differently here? Have experienced it myself when an airtank on the trailer ruptured at 40mph at 5pm on a friday on a busy ring road,twas not an enjoyable experience.

They probably got the truck cheap because well, no brakes.
I mean, who needs brakes when you've got houses, right ?
