Chinese Driver Hit a Motorbike and Tries to Run Away

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 11,2019, at 02:30 am, a Chinese man driving a BMW hit a motorbike and tried to run away, on Sothearos road, Sangkat Tonle Basac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

The accident happened when a drunk Chinese man was driving a BMW, plate PP2AK-9993, when suddenly he hit a motorbike in front of the Ministry of the Interior. After that, the Chinese man tried to run away. The police gave chase on a motorbike to catch the Chinese man, who was detained and sent to Tonle Bassac police station. The motorcycle victim was sent to the hospital immediately.

The traffic police went to the accident scene, and took both the car and the motorbike to keep at the police station waiting to sort out the financial responsibilities later.
