Need help finding large abattoirs for pigs

I am looking to source a specific gland from the neck of pigs. It is not typically used as food and can not be found in the market. I would require about 200 - 300 pigs per day. Each gland is only around 25 - 30 grams.

Does anyone know of a slaughterhouse that does this kind of volume and could supply the glands?

There may be money in it if you can help me out. I know almost nothing about the pig industry.

Chams do a lot of the slaughtering, even of pigs. Most of the big abattoirs are along NR5 in Russei Keo or further north.
