Brazilians for theiving Cambodians
Shaven Dozen In Sen Sok
Phnom Penh: A total of 12 alleged thieves appear to have been filmed having their heads shaved by police and Sen Sok district authorities in front of the media.
The video appeared on Facebook on September 3, 2019.
The impromptu coiffure action reportedly occurred before the suspects were transferred to court.
Now they can pass themselves off as monks haha

Re: Brazilians for theiving Cambodians
A "Brazilian" is something entirely different ... I suspect the police did not actually go that far!

That's cool.
I thought that had gone the way of the dodo.
They used to do that to freshy traffic violators too. The last time I witnessed it was in 2009. Some traffic cops had a gaggle of dyed yellow haired miscreants and were giving them a vigorous shearing.

They should have given them an Amazon and burned the hair off their head.

Re: Brazilians for thieving Cambodians
All is forgiven - nothing quite like a bit of artistic license squire; I'm just glad you didn't post any actual "Brazilians" of Cambodian thieves!!Anthony's Weiner wrote: ↑Thu Sep 05, 2019 12:46 pmfair enough, I admit to artistic license and bad spelling, thieving is spelt wrong
