68Yo Disabled British Man and Indonesian Man Taken into Custody by Immigration
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 3, 2019, two foreigners, one British man, and one Indonesian man, were sent to the Department of Investigation and Procedures (from the Department of Immigration), for having no passport and overstaying their visas.
1. A 68-year-old disabled British man, identified only as MARTIN, was detained at the request of the Khmer Soviet hospital by the Department of Investigation and Procedures, and Tumnub Teuk police. The British man is in need of assistance; he is physically disabled with only one leg, has a mental illness, and has no passport.
2. A 29-year-old Indonesian man, EDI TIANDRA, went to immigration officials, asking them for help to send him back home. He came to Cambodia on November 16, 2018, through Siem Reap International Airport. He has no passport and his visa has expired. He has no money to pay for a visa extension, so he wants to return to his country.
The two foreigners were sent the Immigration Department to follow the legal procedures.

Garr jim lad. I am puzzled though. How did he get here - disabled and mentally disturbed - and no passport. Or shoes. Shoe that is. And what has he been doing? Did he lose his leg and mind in PP?

Martin has a girlfriend with one leg as well, she works at a hostess bar on 130 st. She has a prosthetic leg that is a little shorter than her real one and goes by the name Eileen. She has left Martin a half dozen times but always seems to circle back to him in a day or two. A lovely couple really. Before her, Martin dated a lady whose one leg was amputated below the left knee. Peggy was also a sweetheart.

He actually was in a bad way - he was stumped when he found out he was lack-toes intolerant. Missing limb? He picked up a girl on 136, she wanted an arm and a leg for LT, so he settled on just the leg for ST.
