Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 2, 2019, a 39-year-old man, Mat Pheara, was arrested after stealing a police motorbike in front of Phnom Penh International Airport, Sangkat Chomchao 2, Phnom Penh.

Now this IS the definition of ironic, if you can see it.

"..when he was spotted by a PassApp tuk-tuk driver who reported the affair to nearby police."

Typical of those pathetic PassApp pests.
Called the cops... Hero, ha!
A real cambodian tuk tuk driver would have run the thief off the road, wrestled him into submission and delivered him to the cop shop himself, hogtied.
