Thief Attempts to Steal Police Bike from Malaysian PM Motorcade
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 2, 2019, a 39-year-old man, Mat Pheara, was arrested after stealing a police motorbike in front of Phnom Penh International Airport, Sangkat Chomchao 2, Phnom Penh.
The policeman in question was waiting to join the motorcade police escort of the Malaysian Prime Minister.
The suspect was attempting to ride off on the PCX motorbike, plate no. Police 1-9889, when he was spotted by a PassApp tuk-tuk driver who reported the affair to nearby police. The suspect was soon wrestled to the ground and arrested, and was sent to Katap 1 police station for questioning.

Called the cops... Hero, ha!
A real cambodian tuk tuk driver would have run the thief off the road, wrestled him into submission and delivered him to the cop shop himself, hogtied.
