Lake BKK police detain man for stealing bag with cash over $ 4,000
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): At 10:52 am on 1 September 2019, Boeung Keng Kang police arrested a man over a bag snatching that occurred on 31 August in BKK district, Phnom Penh.

The suspect was identified as Tong Heang. In detention, the force confiscated the victim's wallet from the thief and returned more than $ 4,000 to the owner.

The suspect has now been sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court for legal action.

So, they attempt to hide the identity of the thief with a blackout bar over his face, but the guy who carries around $4000 in his bag gets his face plastered all over the internet.

Talk about painting a target on your back.

He probably had at least $6000 in the bag when it was snatched. Thats why he doesnt look too happy.
