Closing a Bank Account

I'm at the end of my tether with the bank formerly known as ANZRoyal.

I closed mine last year to move to aba. Took around 15 mins. Gave me the money less any outstanding payments that were queued on the account. Spoke to 1 person then the cashier, had to wait 5 mins in between. Easy enough

Had less than 1k in there, don’t know if that will make a difference. And whilst it was still anzroyal
