Walking home after breakfast today I spotted an open backpack lying just off the street. Took a quick look and spotted some electricity bills. Decided to take it home to inspect it further. Inside were some hospital cards, pills of some sort, razor blade, keys to a cabinet lock, and a Honda moto key, 2 license plates, one of which looked torn off the bike, and some miscellaneous other junk.

Wondering what the CEO community would do in this case.

Electricity bills- Electricity company?
Police?
Hospital cards?

Sounds as if there may be more than a few bits of useful info there. What was the motivation for picking it up and taking it home? Clearly idle curiosity became something more in that process.

Probably stolen. anything valuabe removed and the rest dumped. You take it back you could bein a world of hurst as a suspect
