Chinese Man Detained for Disturbing People in Public
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On August 29, 2019, at 5:30 pm, the Investigation and Procedure Officials from the Department of Immigration arrested a Chinese man, YU HONGPENG, 34 years old, for creating a public disturbance and sleeping on the street.
The Chinese man arrived in Cambodia as a tourist on June 22, 2019, through Phnom Penh International Airport. When questioned by police in Phnom Penh, he didn't have a passport or a place to stay, so they sent him to the Investigation and Procedure office of the Immigration Department to have his case processed.
