Need English speaking independent pharmacist in Phnom Penh who can custom order

I am wondering if anyone knows an independent English speaking pharmacist in Phnom Penh who is able to import products from overseas. I am looking for a specific type of protein supplement in kg or larger packaging on a recurring basis. I need to find someone with credentials to get this imported and who is willing to work with me. Needs to be an independent shop who has the capcity to negotiate and come up with a bespoke solution.

Does anyone have a contact? I know exactly what I want. Really all I need is an importer.
