I do not condone nor can see why any adult would take a kid , not is own to his room ,really stupid thing to do, BUT
if, when it goes to court
its he says nothing happened, the boy says something happened ( and will be pressured into saying something did, even if nothing did)
the staff can confirm the boy stayed there overnight, BUT is that crime?

I assume they ask the boy if he Shaun any identifiable marks on his .....
Do they do rape kits on boys?
