The crackdown on illegal online gambling continues. No let up in sight as more Chinese are arrested.

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On August 21, 2019, Chroy Changvar police collaborated with the Department of Anti-Commercial Gambling, led by Lieutenant Pov Samoul, coordinated by the prosecutor, Kham Sophary, when they raided rooms 1201, 1202, 1203,1203A, in a condo in Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.

The police arrested 5 Chinese nationals, 4 men and 1 woman, and confiscated 88 phones, 24 ATM cards, 33 passports, 9 ID cards, and a computer. The suspects and the evidence were sent to the police station to follow the legal action.
