this water park version of Sihanoukville looks more fun than the alco-delic version I saw 2-3 years ago... also fuck me did some of them building go up quick....

LOL. I suppose that he is referring to all the land from the coast to the mountains in Sihanoukville. Chinese are calling this area Westport now.
