Russian Expat Gets Phone Snatched in Phnom Penh

Cambodia Breaking News(Phnom Penh): On July 14, 2019, at 3:30 pm, a Russian expat, PHILIPP MASLOVSKY, was victim of a phone-snatching on street 13/172, Sangkat Chey Chumneas, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

Lieutenant Teang Chansa, Phnom Penh police inspector, has reported that the suspect, Khaew Lyhour, was arrested and sent to Khan Daun Penh police station for questioning and case preparation. The phone was returned to the victim.

Maybe it was SINUS’ phone. Damn. All those videos of Chinese doing everyday stuff like parking, driving, spitting, fighting etc plus the usual video of construction or garbage.
