Re: Vung Tau
Surf?
Re: Vung Tau
If surfing is your thing the answer is no.
Saturdays and Sundays the Back Beach is packed with holiday makers from Ho Chi Minh.
The traffic on the weekend is crazy around Vung Tau. Vietnamese families and friends wearing the same patterned shirts ride motorbikes around. Traffic jams and beeping horns make the weekend unpleasant.
Week days are a relief.

The weather is great and the air is clean.
The cost of living is low.
There are beaches, and it's: pretty, clean and well run.
It's not a big city but you can get anything you want.
You could be next.

Re: Vung Tau
I am not overly concerned with the social profile. I don't really go to pubs and such. I enjoyed living in SV when I was there.
Obviously it is no longer an option.

Thanks Papz, never been over to VN, but will go looking for a wave one day. I thought your area with the point/corner situation might be a possibility.paparazzi wrote: ↑Wed Aug 07, 2019 7:00 pm If surfing is your thing the answer is no.
