Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On August 5, 2019, at 11 pm, a 77-year-old American man, STEPHEN PATRICK SITES, passed away in RS guesthouse, on street 178, Sangkat Chey Chumneas, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

After receiving the information, the local police went to the scene and reported to the prosecutor, the technical science police, the police from the investigation and procedure department(Immigration) and autopsy, for an examination of the body.
The police concluded that the victim died of a heart attack caused by blood pressure. The victim's belongings were sent to the immigration department for safe-keeping.

After the examination, the body was taken to the mortuary at Stung Meanchey pagoda. RIP.
