Graphite Dry Lubricant for Locks

Post by Kuroneko »

FYI! Thirard graphite powder lubricant as used for unsticking and lubricating locks is available at CFC 1240 Hanoi Street, Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. www.cfc-cambodia.com Cost approx $12 for 95 ml bottle.

I use this for unsticking moto locks. It used to be available at Home Top when it opened at first, but recently I have not found anyone selling it except CFC

For anyone not familiar with unsticking moto locks, see video below. For the impatient use of lubricant starts at 2.10 :D

Just FYI, in case anyone outside Phnom Penh is wondering, smashed up generic pencil leads bought at any store here work pretty well too. Need to get it really fine so some patience is needed when pulverising it.
