Preah Enkosei- Siem Reap

Post by rozzieoz »

I was in SR this weekend and stumbled on this temple accidentally, while walking around along the river. It was a delightful surprise, please go and have a look next time you’re in Temple Town.

According to Wiki:

Preah Enkosei is the only Siem Reap-period temple located in modern Siem Reap. It was built in the mid 10th century by a high-ranking Brahmin named Divakarabhata who married the daughter of Rajendravarman II (r. 944-968).
