Looks like some old ladies got their bag snatched in Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. They were tourists.

Police caught the thieves, of which one was female. Looks like they might have been brother and sister.

Have crimes against foreigners calmed down in recent months? Don't hear about petty crime as much. Ok, my female American friend's bike was snatched a couple weeks ago, and she was biking around Phnom Penh with the Irish guy that got ran over and killed a few days before his unfortunate accident.
