Chinese Man Damages a Tuktuk in Phnom Penh

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On the night of July 24, 2019, a Chinese man drove his car into a tuk-tuk in front of the Chinese Embassy, on street 173, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

After the incident, the police went to the scene to check the accident. The tuk-tuk driver was injured in the accident and his tuk-tuk was damaged. The car driver agreed to pay US$350 to the tuk-tuk driver as compensation.
