That's because in Australia even drunk, shirtless, shouty tenants are polite and respectful. I recently read that in Australia there is so little drunkeness that the police have decided to sell ice cream out of there cars just to stay busy. Unfortunately for the landlord in this case the tenant was Greek not from down under.
