'I'm the GM of S-Liquor and SuperCheap we had an incident today at our Toul Tom Pong store at 5.20pm. Reward for information leading to the culprit.'

This guy is a weirdo, often seen walking around Wat Botum and BKK1 in the day time. Once saw him washing himself and his clothes in bathroom of a bar, have also seen him drying them in the sun on Riverside and Wat Botum. A long-time member of the shirtless brigade maybe Cam Nivag has some clearer shots of him?

Also drinks in Sundance 172 regularly
