Drunk Officer Smashes His Lexus into a Food Cart in Phnom Penh

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): At 2 am, on July 12, 2019, a drunk Cambodian officer drove his car into a food cart and smashed it to pieces, on street 1986, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmei, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a Lexus LX 470 car plate no.PP 2Q-8581 was being driven at high speed in the direction from east to west when it smashed into a food cart parked on street 1986. The food cart got some damages, and there was food splattered over the road. The Lexus got some damage as well, but fortunately there was nobody injured.

After the accident, the car driver paid the food cart owner $300 compensation, and the two parties agreed that there would be no further legal procedure.
