I don't know but meth is very popular in DPRK and they use cannabis to some degree also.

If you look through the bullet holes
still there in the palm tree trunks....


(i wrote a poem about it once. not very good but i do still imagine their ghosts around that area, where the fighting was so fierce.
And yes, there are still bullet and shrapnel holes clear through old coconut and sugar palms all over the country)

Lots of tuk tuks where I am have big Che bumper stickers on them except they have actually made a mistake and it’s Al Pacino in Serpico. 😂 They are also partial to Sly Stallone in Cobra.

They like t shirts that have HEROIN printed on them too. No weed leafs though.

I had another one that had HEROIN SATAN FUCK printed in black on a black shirt, it was a parody of a Guinness advert.
