Land of Smiles

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

The mussels look very appetising, and white wine starts too call on me any time I eat mussels, we Brits don't always smother them in vinegar, even so it's enjoyable too. But wow-eee I have not seen a cut of meat like that in years, and a tasty little sprinkling of sea salt. the mouth is beginning too water a little. Truffle's, how keen were the dogs noses. :) Coffee, nice to savour at the end of a meal. This part of the world has some nice flavoured coffee's, this days I seem to have low blood pressure and the coffee keeps it in order, rather then pills.

For those who like Singapore style chicken rice in Bangkok you can find it at Central Eastville Mall 2nd floor.

Image

Boon Tong Kee originated in Singapore had been serving chicken rice in Singapore for more than 40 years and a few years ago a Thai businessman brought it to Bangkok with 6 branches now.
