There's a bar with vietnamese girl called Tanabata.

You may find one behind vietnam embassy and the other one near bkk high school

The bar is with Japanese concept so they can speak Japanese and some with good english. Nicest bar I ever go in PP. The girls are all friendly

Edit : Ah I just read the part about your GF, They are totally okay with you bring a girl inside.. I see a lot of guy (kind of look like a boss Khmer and Japanese) bring a girl ( kind of a secretary / translator / co-worker , etc ) and all of them are in their office style clothes.
