Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: On the evening of 29 June 2019,the police force of the Phnom Penh Police Commissariat arrested 11 young men and women on charges related to drug trafficking, possession, and drug use on June 29, 2019 in Room 22 at The Bridge Club, a hotel located in Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Morn in Phnom Penh.

Among the four men and seven woman arrested, was the girl known as the Tik Tok girl on Facebook videos, who has a big following on social media among young people. She posts as Kelly Kelly on Facebook.

The group of young people were arrested in possession of 5 packs of crystal powder weighing 8.23 grams, 2.69 grams in 4 packs of white powder, and 29 blue pills.

I like how all the guys are in handcuffs, whilst all the Sreys are not.

In the West, procedure is procedure and even if you're an 81 year old grandma, if you fuck up, you're getting the cuffs clapped on.
