4 Teens Detained for Doing Wheelies in Oddar Meanchey

Cambodia Breaking News (Oddar Meanchey): On July 01, 2019, at 4:40 pm, Kon Kreal police detained a group of 4 teens for doing wheelies, and thus creating anarchy on national road 68, Thmei village, Kon Kreal district, Oddar Meanchey.

The suspects were identified as :
1. Chreng Bunheang, 16-year-old, a construction worker.
2. Ros Deth, 16-year-old, a casino worker.
3. Phon Tola, 14-year-old, no job.
4. Thorng Thoeun, 16-year-old, a farmer.

The suspects were reeducated by the local police officers and were released after they agreed to stop doing wheelies.

He probably does the dishes, waits tables, general dogsbody.. And what does a 16 yr old construction worker do ? Hauls bricks or something like that. Three 16 yr olds and they are all working. And they are doing wheelies in their spare time ? OMG.

Now go arrest some drug dealers.
