Monks injured and killed in fatal Koh Kong traffic accident
At least one person has died and 6 monks have been seriously injured in a traffic accident at a crossroads in Koh Kong province.
tuktuk traffic accident.

The incident took place at National Road 4 Kilometer 148-149 in Ophrov village, Boeung Deavvao commune, Srok Ambel district, Koh Kong province.

The accident was caused by a truck carrying a load of soil colliding with tuk tuks carrying the monks at a busy crossroad.

The truck driver responsible fled the scene and is now being sought by police.
