However, they are not arresting and/or fining the employees caught working without the relevant documents, but the business owners, and giving the employees a warning and deadline to get their documentation in order.
Filipinos are not all maids or English teachers , I've met quite a few who were in marketing or business/accounting or various supervisory positions.
